“Happiness Anchors.” In a recent study people were interviewed and asked to choose their favorite childhood memory, the majority of people chose moments from their family vacations. These memories have been dubbed "Happiness Anchors", memories that become part of our identity, influence how we view the world, and bring us joy for a lifetime!
