*Please be sure to provide your names exactly as they appear on your passport. If you do not yet have a passport, you may still proceed with booking, but please include your full first, full middle and full last name on the form and apply for your passport in exactly the same manner.

50% of your room balance is due by October 15th

Final balances are due by November 15th

This 4.5-star property is 3 mi (4.8 km) from Saunders Beach and 5.5 mi (8.8 km) from National Art Gallery of the Bahamas.

Brett & Judy have reserved a block of rooms for their guests as outlined here. Reserving your room through their block will ensure you get the best rates and VIP wedding guest treatment as well as help them earn some great perks for their wedding. They have thoughtfully selected some budget-friendly options and some upgraded rooms that will share the same area of the resort in the West Bay building.

The rates include: All-inclusive accommodations for a party of 2 sharing a room and round-trip airport transfers. * Insurance is not included in these rates, but essential to protect your investment and cover any unexpected circumstances that may arise.

Airfare is not yet available, but may be added at a later date using points/miles or I'm happy to add air to your reservation as well.

Trip Insurance

Trip protection is critical these days. Not only are you protecting the cost of your trip, but insurance plans also provide for: baggage loss, trip delay, COVID-related quarantine, secondary medical protection and many unforeseen circumstances that could end up costing much more than the price of the trip. Due to the nature of room contracts - cancellations will be non-refundable. Guests may purchase a "cancel-for-any-reason policy" that will reimburse up to 75% of trip costs for cancellation under any reason as well as other insurance protections.

Passports

Your air ticket should be booked with your full name exactly as it appears on your passport. Please confirm that your passport does not show signs of wear/tear and has at least 6 months validity left after your return date. Now is also the perfect time to renew or apply for your passport to ensure you have plenty of time for it to process before this important trip!

Island Travel Group is not responsible for any denied boarding situations if the name is incorrect on your air ticket or your passport is expired.
